Depending on where you choose to build your property, the option to design your own villa is available.   Our most recent bespoke design was constructed at Psaltos, Lindos and was based on the original Venus design.  We adapted and modified the existing drawings to create a truly sophisticated and exquisite property.   Stonework and tiles were internationally sourced, bedrooms and bathrooms extended, and exterior staircases added.   A basement gym, double BBQ and covered games area and unusual shaped pool add a luxuriousness and selective feel to this 6 star property.  Rentals are already going extremely well - please see www.sapphirevillas.eu
