Our most popular design, the three bedroom Aphrodite encompasses functional yet stylish living accommodation with superb, spacious outdoor living.  Comprising two bedrooms on the first floor with one or two bathrooms, fitted cupboards and private balconies.  There is also a further separate roomy sun terrace.  A stunning spiral staircase with wrought iron railing leads to the ground floor which is open plan in style.  Patio doors lead directly from the kitchen and living areas on to the large patio area. 

The kitchen consists of well fitted, modern cupboards with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.  The living area is comfortably furnished with views to the pool.  A further third bedroom is located on the ground floor with access to the garden, and a separate family shower room also.

It is possible to modify the layout of the Aphrodite and some customers choose to flip the floor plan in order to best accommodate the available space and maximise the views from the master bedroom and living areas.

As usual, the Aphrodite comes with a large 9x5m swimming pool, outside shower, stone built barbeque and part landscaping.  A fitted kitchen and appliances are included, together with marble finishes.  Air conditioning is supplied throughout, together with solar panel for hot water.
