For this, our latest Newsletter, I have decided to take this opportunity to write to all our friends, owners and associates to share our latest achievements and developments here on the island of Rhodes.

During these unstable economic times I think it is important to reassure all our friends of Aegean Homes' continuing endurance and performance.  I am delighted to report that construction continues at a pace on all our sites;

At the beautiful Tsambika Pines, 4 properties are nearing completion in readiness for the rental season, with just 1 property remaining to be sold.  At the nearby stunning Tsambika Vista, out of 7 properties under construction only 1 is left to sell.  Construction has also begun on our spectacular Pefkos site where we are proud to present our gorgeous new villa design, Villa Agaleos.  At our Psaltos, Lindos site we are nearing completion of phase 2 with just 6 houses left to sell.

This is a remarkable achievement for Aegean Homes given the disheartening climate the property world is experiencing globally.  I would like to thank the stamina and confidence our staff has shown in order to make this fantastic attainment a reality.

Preparations for the new season are well under way and our villa rentals company www.sapphirevillas.eu are handling a high number of holiday bookings.  This is an excellent sign for the island as a whole as we prepare to welcome back visitors and owners for another season in the sun!  It doesn't seem very long ago that we were saying goodbye to our final guests at the end of October and closing up the villas for the winter period.  As I write, our seasonal maintenance staff have begun work opening up the villas, spring cleaning, commissioning pools, gardening and general maintenance.  I am proud to report that we have an ever increasing portfolio of villas to maintain and it is 'all hands on deck' as we instigate the start of the rental season for our villa owners.
