Kalathos

Kalathos is a traditional village which can be found just a few kilometers north of the ancient town of Lindos. Kalathos Village is small and charming and a very popular destination for holidaymakers looking for typical Greek hospitality.

Located right in the middle of the East part of Rhodes Island, Kalathos has much to offer.

Sample some traditional Greek dishes in one of the local tavernas, or enjoy an evening drink with fellow holidaymakers and the locals in one of the welcoming bars. Kalathos is conveniently situated on the Lindos-Rhodes Town main road about 6km from Lindos and 45km from Rhodes Town. This makes Kalathos the ideal location to sample the ancient wonders and bustling nightlife of nearby Lindos, the genial village of Lardos or further a field Rhodes Town, all accessible by a regular bus service in the day or taxis which are good value. Kalathos is also a great base for holidaymakers wanting to explore this beautiful island by car.
